This family finca is located in the urbanization Sa Torre Nova, near Santanyí. The house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with special areas and a beautiful pool with outdoor kitchen. You can walk to the beautiful Cala Santanyí in 5 minutes.

From the entrance area you come into a large living area, next to the dining area. The house is equipped with central heating for the colder months and air conditioning. The large doors and windows can be opened to let in lots of light and the chirping of the birds. On the ground floor, in addition to the living and dining area, there is an open kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom.

 

A staircase takes you from the living area to the basement. Here is the master bedroom with integrated bathroom and a spacious laundry and storage room. From here you enter the pool area. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a storage room with refrigerator and spacious terraces invite you to relax. The pool (8m x4) has a seating area with a massage function. Next to the pool there is also a bathroom with a shower and an outdoor shower.

With its golden sandstone facades, the pretty little town rises above the green countryside and regularly lures holidaymakers and locals alike to the colorful weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Around the Plaza Mayor, numerous cafés and restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights. The surrounding small streets with nice shops invite you to stroll. Church and supermarkets are on site.
